Lake’s Hawea & Wanaka are the ideal spots to spend a few days fresh
water fishing the Fish stocks include brown and rainbow trout, and landlocked
Quinnat salmon. Local fisheries cater equally for the serious fly fisher,
the boat angler or the backcountry fisher.
